Divido is a 'Finance as a Service' provider; a platform for merchants, lenders and intermediaries that want to offer instant new credit as a payment option to their end-consumers and corporate clients. Backed by the investors behind Skype, WorldPay and TransferWise, the company launched late 2015 and currently has 300+ partners using its platform including some of the worlds most well-known brands.
Divido were using Hubspot CRM and found themselves with limited visibility on analysis and restricted freedom for customisation. They were having to adjust their sales processes to align with Hubspot, and couldn't scale the platform to align with their growth.
EMPAUA designed and implemented a solution to accommodate the needs of Divido's inbound and outbound business development team.
Firstly, we implemented Sales Cloud, set up Salesforce mobile app & Salesforce Inbox and then integrated these with Hubspot. We configured Divido's CTI provider with Salesforce and built an interface for CRM, mobile and emails, ensuring data could be accessed wherever, whenever.
EMPAUA then installed and integrated CreditSafe and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for more significant reporting and lead generation.
Providing the whole sales process is carried out in Salesforce; we also set up DocuSign for generating documents and e-signatures. Superusers were identified within the team to help support the implementation and change management, which led to a smooth transition between CRM's and no down-time at all within the business.
Besides the improved Sales processes of the business development team, Divido has seen a high level of Salesforce adoption across the business, leading to three additional phases with EMPAUA on a Managed Services basis.
The executive team are now driving the change internally, hiring Salesforce admins, prioritising tasks and supporting Salesforce requirements.
