TDC services a variety of industrial customers across a broad spectrum of industries, including energy infrastructure and pipeline infrastructure, electricity and gas utilities, water and wastewater, chemicals, agriculture, transportation, and many others.
TDC needed a stable platform that could handle aligning its two facilities and moving away from heavily manual spreadsheets that created little visibility. This silo set up posed many difficulties, including compiling revenue information and maintaining accurate data.
As reporting was limited, efficient project management across the entire organisation was also tricky. The goal was to remove the different Excel files and manual steps and create an automated process with stable KPI tracking.
