At EMPAUA, we use Slack for team communication and simplified collaboration, and we love it!
One of our favourite Slack channels is called #graciasthanksdanke and its sole purpose is to give a platform to shutouts, kudos and expressions of gratitude: We thank each other for whatever we think is worth mentioning.
It’s a great motivation boost if our efforts and good teamwork are not taken for granted, but explicitly appreciated!
