One of the most important roles at EMPAUA is the one performed by the Salesforce Consultants.
They, along with Project Managers, Developers and Account Managers, are on the front line with our customers, providing the support and tools they need to achieve their business goals.
Today we asked Caitlin Pittorie, Salesforce Consultant in our Berlin office, what it's like to be a consultant at EMPAUA. She comes from lovely #NewYorkCity and has been working with us for more than a year now. Check out what she has to say about it here:
"Since the focus is Salesforce, you use the same fundamental Salesforce products for your clients, which allows you to specialise and refine your configuration skills and understanding of the platform.
However, you are exposed to so many types of clients and industries, which keeps the work interesting as different clients have different needs. Projects move quickly, allowing you to get exposure to many Salesforce features and learn a ton in a short time period.
The work can be challenging, but you are supported by teammates and managers who only want to help you succeed."
"This has resulted in me feeling confident to say that I have the knowledge to lead Salesforce implementations following best practices and addressing client needs. On a personal development path, I have been given the opportunity to fulfil many different types of roles on projects, including consultant, business analyst, and project manager. This allows me to have different responsibilities and understand what type of work I prefer."
