Join our new Munich office and help build the base up from the bottom. We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can help us expand into new territory. Work in a collaborative environment where you will be empowered to responsibility and make decisions without the influence of a traditional hierarchal system.

Your Tasks

  • Accompanying our clients through all sales phases, from executing discovery calls, scheduling analysis workshops to negotiating project contracts
  • Attending events to acquire new customers
  • Building and retaining strong relationships with your Account Executive counterparts at Salesforce.com
  • Representing EMPAUA, our service offerings and our purpose towards our clients and prospects

Your Skills

  • 2+ years of successful B2B Inside Sales experience in Enterprise Cloud CRM
  • In-depth knowledge and experience within a variety of industries, with experience and/or understanding of Salesforce.com sales cloud and service cloud, force.com is highly desirable but not essential
  • Proven track record in SaaS related sales with a demonstrated ability to negotiate with clients
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • A consultative sales approach over “cold calling” approach
  • Pro-active, organised, dependable with proven ability to work well in small team
  • Advanced self-management skills as well as team-player capabilities are desirable
