We are looking for a Marketing Manager to grow the EMPAUA brand and generate demand for its services. Develop, implement, track and optimise Marketing campaigns across all digital channels to reach and engage new audiences.

Your Skills

  • 2-4 years experience in online marketing with a focus on lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience in identifying target audiences, understanding pain points and creating informative and engaging content to convince users to convert
  • Proven track record in PPC, Email Marketing, SoMe, Event Planning, Content Management
  • Well versed in: Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Linkedin Campaign Manager, Salesforce, Excel, Pardot (or similar B2B marketing platform), Webflow (or other CMS)
  • Strong organisational, planning and forecasting abilities
  • Fast learner with willingness to learn new things and exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience designing and deploying creatives through Sketch / Photoshop / Canva (preferred)
  • Experience with CSS, HTML (preferred)

Your Tasks

  • Develop and execute Marketing strategy to generate leads and make the world aware of EMPAUA’s services
  • Build and manage all top-of-the-funnel Marketing campaigns from ideation to execution: Website, Advertising, Email, Events, Blog, Social Media
  • Define monthly and quarterly targets and create a marketing plan of action to deliver results within a specified budget
  • Define user personas and map content plan to engage personas, build trust and grow demand
  • Create and publish high quality content: landing pages, blog content, case studies, whitepapers etc
  • Oversee all EMPAUA branding (corporate identity, marketing assets / sales collateral)
  • Plan and establish EMPAUA’s social media presence: Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
  • Work alongside Head of People to plan and implement Employer Branding strategies
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources (content, design, development) to build assets that support marketing campaigns
  • Define, analyse and report on campaign results, conversion rates, and other KPIs
  • Report directly to the Managing Director in London
