Tolomeo Capital were looking to optimise their business processes with a scalable CRM solution, to manage their end to end sales process, from lead generation through to tracking sales opportunities, including Investors performance. They would like a 360 degree view of the accounts and the associated investors and funds, enabling them to proactively manage and support their clients.
EMPAUA provided an end-to-end funds management system within Salesforce. Tolomeo can now manage their funds, along with Shareholder Accounts, Investors, and report on current balances and transactions.
Tolomeo’s solution includes the automation of several business process steps. From recording relationships to distributing meeting notes, Salesforce is saving the firm time and effort. With a clearly structured sales pipeline, Tolomeo’s sales reps now have a complete overview of prospects and clients and are able to prioritise more effectively. A strong backend system on Salesforce provides Tolomeo a strong foundation from which they can continue growing their hedge fund.
