INFINOX Capital is a global online foreign exchange broker based in London. The Forex Company provides online trading services to clients in the UK, EU and the rest of the world. Founded in 2009 by CEO Robert Berkeley, the company focuses on providing a premium client service alongside market-leading technology. After becoming FCA regulated in 2009, the company has gone from strength to strength, expanding over the world and continuing to commit to providing top client service. As INFINOX continued their expansion around the globe, they wanted to continue communicating with their growing client base while maintaining a personal relationship. The Forex broker needed to retain and engage their existing clients and reaching them in a structured and personalised manner was essential to do so. They reached out to us to help plan, design and implement Marketing Cloud which would allow them to develop customer journeys, highly personalised emails and keep their client base engaged with the company’s services while adhering to a changing regulatory environment.
After a detailed scoping phase, we could fully understand INFINOX’s requirements. We set up the company’s first customer journey to help onboard their customers. Using the power of journey builder, we were able to create highly personalised emails using product and customer data for INFINOX to engage with their customer base in a unique way. Leveraging the capacities of Marketing Cloud, we were able to customise specific journeys based on behavioural data, giving individual interactions to each customer. INFINOX were also now able to track engagement and identify customers that needed one-to-one support.
With limited Marketing Cloud knowledge before the project, the INFINOX marketing team were able to quickly take over the system after our training and handover sessions. They are now able to segment their customer base now, build client journeys, use advanced personalisation and are starting to build campaigns around their business and marketing objectives.
